  2. Fry meat on high heat from two sides for 4-5 minutes.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes in the oven at 180 °.

  5. Fry mushrooms and onions in vegetable oil for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Add salt, pepper, water, sour cream and simmer for 5 minutes.
