  1. Turkey filet (or chicken), cut into small pieces, fry in warmed vegetable oil for fifteen minutes, stirring, a little salt, pepper.
  2. For sauce – put cranberries, honey, half juice in a ladle orange (50 ml). Boil a moderate fire, stirring occasionally, Fifteen minutes.
  3. Then add the zest removed with a special knife (or grate on grater), cook together for another five minutes.
  4. Puree chilled sauce in a blender.
  5. When serving – put a side dish on a serving plate, top with a little meat, for meat – sauce;
