Difficulty: Easy Servings: 6 The recipes use measuring containers with a volume of: one cup (st.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (st.) – 120 ml 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1 turkey breast (170 gr.)
  • 2 tbsp. finely chopped red onions
  • 1/2 tbsp. finely chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 tbsp. finely chopped parsley
  • 1/4 Art. red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a small bowl, mix onions, cilantro, parsley, red wine vinegar and olive oil. Remove turkey from breast bone, leaving both sides intact. Chop the breast into steaks 5 cm. Put the turkey cutlets in the marinade, cover and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Preheat the grill. Fry the turkey cutlets on the grill until readiness, approximately 5-6 minutes. from each side. Meat should stay juicy.
