Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 turkey breast (170 gr.)
- 2 tbsp. finely chopped red onions
- 1/2 tbsp. finely chopped cilantro
- 1/2 tbsp. finely chopped parsley
- 1/4 Art. red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp. olive oil

Recipe preparation:
- In a small bowl, mix onions, cilantro, parsley, red wine vinegar and olive oil. Remove turkey from breast bone, leaving both sides intact. Chop the breast into steaks 5 cm. Put the turkey cutlets in the marinade, cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Preheat the grill. Fry the turkey cutlets on the grill until readiness, approximately 5-6 minutes. from each side. Meat should stay juicy.
