Turkey cutlets stuffed with mushrooms

The idea for home cooking a delicious main course for dinner is fried stuffed meatballs with mushrooms. Mushrooms can be replaced for stuffing from eggs. The basis for the stuffing can be any meat – turkey, chicken, pork, beef, or a combination thereof. Mandatory to Serve more fried meatballs with fresh vegetables and herbs. The recommended proportion is five parts of vegetables per part of meat.

  1. Peel, wash, cut the onion into small pieces.
  2. Peel, wash, and finely chop the mushrooms.
  3. Fry the onions in a preheated stewpan in vegetable oil.
  4. Put chopped mushrooms to the onion, fry together, stirring, fifteen minutes (all liquid should evaporate).
  5. On a plate of ground turkey or chicken, form a small flat cake (about ten cm in diameter).
  6. Put chilled mushroom filling on it.
  7. Close into an oblong cutlet.
  8. Roll in the breaded mixture (add dried in a pan without oil, sesame seeds and mix well).
  9. Prepared meatballs to fry in oil in heated pan for eight minutes on one side. Turn over – and five minutes on the other.
  10. Hot meatballs served with fresh vegetables and herbs.
