The idea for home cooking a delicious main course for dinner is fried stuffed meatballs with mushrooms. Mushrooms can be replaced for stuffing from eggs. The basis for the stuffing can be any meat – turkey, chicken, pork, beef, or a combination thereof. Mandatory to Serve more fried meatballs with fresh vegetables and herbs. The recommended proportion is five parts of vegetables per part of meat.

- Peel, wash, cut the onion into small pieces.
- Peel, wash, and finely chop the mushrooms.
- Fry the onions in a preheated stewpan in vegetable oil.
- Put chopped mushrooms to the onion, fry together, stirring, fifteen minutes (all liquid should evaporate).
- On a plate of ground turkey or chicken, form a small flat cake (about ten cm in diameter).
- Put chilled mushroom filling on it.
- Close into an oblong cutlet.
- Roll in the breaded mixture (add dried in a pan without oil, sesame seeds and mix well).
- Prepared meatballs to fry in oil in heated pan for eight minutes on one side. Turn over – and five minutes on the other.
- Hot meatballs served with fresh vegetables and herbs.
