  1. Wash and dry the pieces of turkey breast with paper napkins (towels).

  2. We send the prepared turkey in portions (2-3 pieces each) to oil and fry for 5 minutes on each side. Then add to a pan in half Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard and lemon juice. Turn the turkey over and fry another 2 minutes. Repeat with the remaining pieces.

  3. Fragrant pieces of turkey in mustard and Worcestershire sauce put on plates with garnish, sprinkle with parsley and serve on table.
