Difficulty: easy Servings: 4 In the recipes volumetric containers are used in volume: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cups (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (Art.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.
Ingredients for the recipe:
- 450 gr lean minced turkey
- 280 gr frozen spinach, previously thawed, pressed and shredded
- 1 (5 cm.) Slice of ginger, peeled and finely chopped (about 1/4 tbsp.)
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 tbsp. l curry powder
- Coarse salt
- 3/4 Art. skim yogurt without additives, and a little more for decoration
- 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil
- 1/4 Art. chopped parsley and some more for sprinkles
- 3 tbsp. ready brown rice for garnish

Recipe preparation:
- In a food processor, place half an onion, 2 tbsp. l water, ginger, garlic, curry powder and 1/2 tsp grind salt almost to a pasty state. Set aside. AT a small bowl mix yogurt with 1/4 tbsp. water, set aside side.
- In a large frying pan, heat the vegetable oil on a strong the fire. Add the remaining onions and cook for 3 minutes, occasionally stirring until the onion is soft and golden. Add minced meat from turkey and cook for 3 minutes, stirring the meat with a wooden spatula.
- Add the mixture of onions and spices to the pan and cook for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally until the liquid evaporates. Turn down the fire to small, add spinach and yogurt mixture. Cook about 3 minutes until the resulting mixture warms up. Add parsley and 1/4 tsp salt. Feed with rice and extra amount of yogurt, sprinkle with parsley.
