  1. In a pan (volume 4 liters) of vegetable oil fry the onion, chopped into small pieces.
  2. Add to it the carrots, grated on a medium grater, fry together.
  3. Then add the meat, cut into small cubes, lightly stir fry.
  4. Salt, pepper, stir and pour cold water, cook over moderate heat for twenty minutes.
  5. Next, add millet to the pan (previously washed in hot water from bitterness) and potatoes cut into cubes or cubes. Cook together for another 25 minutes.
  6. Give the soup a little brew with the fire turned off, serve hot.
