  1. Finely chop the garlic, cilantro, ginger and mix with salt, juice lemon and olive oil.
  2. Gut the fish, clean it. Divide in half lengthwise. Coat marinade and leave for an hour.
  3. Put the fish on a baking sheet, pour the marinade and bake in oven for 15 minutes at 220 degrees.
