- Finely chop the garlic, cilantro, ginger and mix with salt, juice lemon and olive oil.
- Gut the fish, clean it. Divide in half lengthwise. Coat marinade and leave for an hour.
- Put the fish on a baking sheet, pour the marinade and bake in oven for 15 minutes at 220 degrees.
