Shakshuka is not just fried eggs with tomatoes. This is a traditional dish with a special home cooking technology, with aromatic spices.   1. The dish is first cooked in a frying pan on a creamy (olive) oil. Cut into small cubes tomatoes, onions, peppers and paprika. Grind the garlic.
  2. Stew all the vegetables in a pan over low heat until they are full softening (about 15-20 minutes).
  3. Salt, sugar, add zira, paprika and turmeric (required), it is they who create that oriental taste.
