  1. Peel the garlic and chop. Add a glass of water to it and lemon juice.
  2. My chicken meat, wipe with a paper towel and chop on portioned pieces. Pickle in a lemon-garlic solution 1-2 hours.
  3. Finely chop the onion into small cubes and fry in a pan in oil just a little bit.
  4. Beat the eggs, add salt, chopped herbs and slightly fried onions.
  5. First pickle chicken roll in flour, then dip into the egg mixture with onions and fry in a pan in hot oil over low heat until browned.
  6. Then we shift the chicken into a heat-resistant dish, pour it the remaining egg mixture with onions and bake in the oven at 200 degrees to readiness.
