Falafel is a small bean mince balls made deep-fried. At home it can be made from beans, chickpeas, peas or beans. The dish has an Egyptian origin. To byd tastier, falafel served with yogurt sauce with garlic or tahini sauce.

- Beans soak overnight in water. Change the water every 4 hours.
- Rinse with water. To dry.
- Pass the beans through a meat grinder with garlic. Add there spices, salt.
- Finely chop the cilantro and onion and mix with minced meat.
- Roll small balls 2-3 cm in diameter from the minced meat.
- Deep-fry until golden brown.
