Breaded Tuna
- 225 gr. very fresh, as for sushi, real tuna (ahi-tuna)
- 1 peeled from bone and skin, cut into 4 parts and sliced ripe medium-sized avocado
- 1 peeled and diced tomato and diced tomato medium size (optional)
- 1/2 tbsp. chopped ginger
- 1/4 Art. sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp. l crushed black pepper
- 3 tbsp. l peanut butter for frying
- 1 tbsp. l lime juice
- 2 tbsp. assorted greens (salad mix)
- 12 thin rings of red onion
- Ginger Sauce (see recipe below)
Ginger sauce
- 1 chopped small shallot head
- 1/2 tsp finely grated fresh ginger root
- Ground black pepper
- 1/3 Art. soy sauce
- 1/3 Art. lime juice
- 1/3 Art. olive oil

Recipe preparation:
- In a shallow plate, mix ginger, sesame seeds and crushed black pepper. Salt the tuna fish. Make in a piece of tuna incisions 1 cm deep. approximately every 0.5-1 cm. so that after making it easier to cut. Roll tuna in ginger pressing gently to the bottom so that the breading sticks to fish.
