  1. Peel the avocado, knead with a fork and add chopped on diced tomato, finely chopped parsley, ground pepper and salt.

  2. Open canned tuna, knead with a fork, send in avocado paste, mix. Fish mixture (½ part) spread on tortillas, sprinkle with green onions, evenly distribute, turn into rolls, wrap with foil and cool at least 1 hour.

  3. Cut ready-made tortilla rolls with tuna and avocado with small rolls, put on a plate, pierce with a stick for canapes and immediately serve.
