Do you like charlotte? Then try to cook at home delicious Tsvetaevo pie. The filling can be any, but traditionally make with apple. Marina Tsvetaeva in her childhood memories called this cake “pastries with sour cream.”

  1. Mix flour with baking powder, add sour cream and cream butter slices. Knead the dough, cover it with cling film and put in the refrigerator.
  2. Peel the apples and cut into thin slices. Than the thinner you cut the apples, the better.
  3. Make a fill. Sour cream, sugar, eggs and two tablespoons beat flour with a mixer until smooth.
  4. We grease the bowl of the multicooker with butter, and put the dough on the bottom of the bowl forming sides.
  5. On top of the dough, lay the apples gently pour the fill. Close the lid of the multicooker.
  6. Set the “baking” mode for 60 minutes, after the signal slow cookers add another 30 minutes.
  7. We cool the pie in the slow cooker, take it out and serve it.
