Truffle Stuffed Eggs

Recipes use dimensional capacity: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cups (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teahouse spoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, cut in half and get yolks
  • 3/4 Art. mayonnaise
  • 1.5 tsp truffle oil
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp. l finely chopped canned black truffles (per wish)
  • Chopped chives

Recipe preparation:

  1. Grind the yolks into a paste, add mayonnaise, truffle oil, a pinch of cayenne pepper and truffles, mix.
  2. Fill egg whites with truffle mixture and sprinkle chives.
