  1. In a small saucepan (3 liter) oil, fry the onion, cut into small pieces.
  2. Add to it the carrots, grated on a medium grater, fry together.
  3. Then put finely chopped tomatoes, fry for another two minutes.
  4. Pour vegetables with cold water (1 liter), let it boil. In boiling put the broth into potatoes, cut into cubes or cubes, lightly salt, pepper, cook together for seven minutes.
  5. Next put fresh trout chopped into pieces and pour greasy cream.
  6. Five minutes later, remove the finished soup from the heat, pour into plates, sprinkle with chopped herbs.
