- 2 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp chopped thyme
- 1 tbsp. l tomato paste
- 1 tbsp. beef broth
- 1/2 tbsp. fat cream
- Chopped parsley for decoration

Recipe preparation:
- In a large saucepan, bring salted water to a boil. Add tortellini and cook as indicated on the label. Leave 1/4 Art. water from pasta, pour the rest.
- Melt the butter in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add mushrooms and shallots and fry, stirring occasionally, until softening, from 4 to 5 minutes.
