  1. We cut the boiled tongue and beets into equal cubes size. A little beetroot must be left for beetroot sauce.
  2. Cut the cucumber into thin plates.
  3. We throw the beans into a colander and rinse with clean water.
  4. For the sauce, mix olive oil, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Rub a piece of beets on a fine grater and add to the sauce, add yogurt and mix well. The sauce gets very beautiful crimson color.
  5. Put the finished salad on a plate, season with sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds (they need to be lightly preliminarily fry in a dry pan).
