Ingredients for the recipe:
- 2 kg tomato (1 800 g. cut into 4 parts, 200 g. finely chopped)
- 2 thin slices of lightly salted ham
- 1/2 tbsp. grated skimmed mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 tbsp. spicy grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tbsp. small butterfly pasta or other small pasta
- 4 slices of multigrain bread
- 2 tbsp. l extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 4 pen green onions, chop
- 1.5 tbsp. l fat cream
- Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
- Chopped basil greens for decoration

Recipe preparation:
- Chop the tomatoes, cut into quarters, in a blender. AT heat the pan over medium heat for 1.5 tbsp. l olive oil. Add garlic and half green onion and cook, stirring, 2 minutes. Increase the heat to moderately strong. Shredded in Wipe the tomatoes in this pan through a fine sieve. Add finely chopped tomatoes, 1 tbsp. water, cream, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes, until the mixture thickens. Add the pasta and cook another 10 minutes, until they are soft, salt and pepper.
- To the remaining green onions, add both types of cheese and mix. Divide half of the mixture between 2 slices of bread. For each slice, put a slice on top ham, the remaining cheese mixture, cover with the rest of the bread. The remaining 1/2 tbsp. l heat olive oil in non-stick pan over medium heat. Toast sandwiches for 3 minutes on each side until the cheese has melted, then cut them in half. Pour the soup into plates, sprinkle with basil on top. Serve along with sandwiches.
