- Olive oil
- 1 small red onion head, cut into rings
- 1 piece (4 cm.) Of ginger, peel and grate
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1/2 lime juice
- 500-600 gr. (5 medium tomatoes) tomato, diced
- 1/4 Art. chopped fresh cilantro
- 4 – 6 small pit or pita bread
- Coarse salt
- Natural yogurt to serve

Recipe preparation:
- Heat olive oil in a pan to a moderately high temperature. Add red onion and fry, stirring, until the formation of a golden crust, 6 – 8 min. Transfer to chopping board and cool slightly, then chop coarsely.
- Mix ginger, cayenne pepper and lime juice in a bowl, then add fried onions, tomatoes and cilantro. Leave the salad to infuse at room temperature for 20 minutes
- Preheat the grill to a moderately high temperature. Grease bread olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Put the bread on the grill and fry, until it is completely warmed up and slightly charred, approximately 2 minutes on each side, additionally lubricating olive oil.
- Add 1/2 tsp to tomato salad. salt and caution mix. Spread the bread with yogurt and put the tomato on top salad.
