- Peel and boil potatoes in salted water with 3 cloves garlic, bay leaf and half an onion.
 - Cook mashed potatoes, before removing the onion and Bay leaf.  

 - In vegetable oil, fry the onion, diced, and sliced ham in the same way.  

 - Put the frying in mashed potatoes.
 - Add the egg, flour and mix everything.
 - Boil the broth and pour lentils into it, cook 10 minutes.
 - Cut onions into rings and fry in a pan until golden color. Pour peppermint and coriander.
 - Put carrots grated on a fine grater and fry 5 minutes.
 - Pour in tomato juice and simmer for 5 minutes.
 - Put the grill in the broth. Cook for 10 minutes.
 - Form dumplings from the dough and dip them into the soup. Cook until dumpling readiness 5-10 minutes.
 - Sprinkle soup with herbs before serving.
