- Large tomatoes cut into slices, small cut into halves. We spread the tomatoes in a salad bowl.
- Peel the carrots and cut into long straws.
- Chop finely chopped green onions. Cut the chili into halves, remove seeds and partitions, cut into thin half rings. Add carrot, green onion and chili pepper to the salad bowl.
- Mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper and mix well. Dress the salad with the resulting sauce and leave alone for 10 minutes.
