  1. Large tomatoes cut into slices, small cut into halves. We spread the tomatoes in a salad bowl.
  2. Peel the carrots and cut into long straws.
  3. Chop finely chopped green onions. Cut the chili into halves, remove seeds and partitions, cut into thin half rings. Add carrot, green onion and chili pepper to the salad bowl.
  4. Mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper and mix well. Dress the salad with the resulting sauce and leave alone for 10 minutes.
