- Cook chicken broth.
- In a boiling ready broth, we throw lime leaves, lemongrass, galangal, tomatoes, sugar. Cook for 2 minutes. If the tomatoes are too ripe, it is better to add them later, together with mushrooms.
- Add mushrooms and fish sauce, cook for another 5 minutes.
