- 1/2 tbsp. millet
- 400 gr. tofu cut into rectangular pieces
- 5 tbsp. l olive oil
- 1 bunch of kale kale
- Juice 1 Lemon
- 3 tbsp. l tahini pasta (sesame paste)
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 small red onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp. l sunflower or pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp. l toasted sesame seeds

Recipe preparation:
- Fry millet in a dry frying pan over medium heat, occasionally stirring for 3 to 5 minutes. Add 1 tbsp. water and bring to boiling. Cover, reduce heat to medium and cook until the water has evaporated, about 15 minutes.
- Blot the tofu with paper towels to remove unnecessary moisture. Heat 3 tbsp. l olive oil in a large pan on medium heat. Add tofu and fry, turning once, until formation of a golden crisp, about 15 min.
- While the tofu is cooking, remove the cabbage stalks and chop the leaves pieces “for one bite”; put in a large bowl. Add 1 tbsp. l lemon juice and rub it into the cabbage with your fingers until it softens, from 3 to 5 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix the remaining lemon juice with tahini and honey; add the remaining 2 tbsp. l olive oil and whisk until homogeneity. Add 2 tbsp. l water and season with salt and pepper. Add 2 tbsp. l mixes in kale; add red cabbage, onions and a pinch of salt and mix well. with a fork and add to the cabbage salad along with sunflower seeds and sesame seeds; mix. Divide the salad into serving plates and put tofu on top. Pour oil from a frying pan and add dressing.
