- 1 medium zucchini or yellow zucchini, cut cubes
- 2 tbsp. salad mixture of red and white cabbage, carrots and onions
- 1 lime juice
- Sliced lime, for serving
- 8 toastados tortillas (flat crispy corn tortillas) or tortillas
- 1.5 tbsp. coarsely grated cheddar cheese (approximately 120 gr.)

Recipe preparation:
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan. Add ground beef, half chopped onion, 1 tsp. salt and pepper chipotle. Fry, kneading meat with a wooden spatula, until minced fry, and the onion does not become soft, for 7 minutes.
