  1. Cooking cream: beat with a mixer for 2 minutes 2 eggs and sugar, spread the mascarpone cheese into the egg mass and mix well shoulder blade.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the protein from 1 egg to a thick foam (than the thicker the foam the more magnificent your cream will be) if you like dessert further, powdered sugar can be added to the protein mass.
  3. We connect the protein with the cream and mix well.
  4. In a bowl we induce strong coffee without sugar (coffee should be room temperature).
  5. Dip cookies in coffee and spread in a mold.
  6. On top of the cookies we spread part of the cream, then again the cookies (also dipped in coffee) and cream again.
  7. You can sprinkle on top a cake of cocoa or bitter chocolate, I used chocolate (previously frozen in the freezer chamber to make it easier to grate).
  8. Leave the cake for 4-5 hours in the refrigerator to thicken cream. Dessert is ready, bon appetit.
