Recipe preparation:

  1. Place the pizza stone or inverted pan in the bottom third of the furnace and preheat to 230 ° C. In a medium bowl mix flour, baking powder and 1/2 tsp. salt. Add 1/3 tbsp. water and 2 tbsp. l olive oil, mix until thick dough. Lay on a lightly floured surface and roll into smooth ball, knead for 1 to 2 minutes. Wrap with plastic wrap and leave for 15 minutes. at room temperature.
  2. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, mix the beans marinated vegetables and brine, basil, parsley and 1 tbsp. l olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Cut tomatoes, put on paper towels and lightly sprinkle with salt so that the tomatoes give juice.
