- 1 tbsp. l olive oil
- 0.5 tbsp. coconut milk
- 2 lime juice + lime slices for serving

- 1 large carrot chopped on a spiralizer
- Half a small head of cabbage, finely chopped
- 1 large cucumber, sliced on a spiralizer
- 2 green onions, finely chopped

Recipe preparation:
- Preheat the oven in grill mode and cover the pan foil. Sprinkle the chicken with olive oil, salt and pepper. Put on the prepared baking sheet and fry in the oven, turning in the middle of frying on the other side, until tender, about 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, mix coconut milk and juice in a large bowl. lime, almond paste and curry paste. Add carrots, cabbage and 1 tsp salt and mix to completely cover the cabbage. Give infuse for 15 minutes. Add the cucumber to the bowl and mix.
- Thinly chop the chicken. Arrange vegetables in 4 plates and on top put chicken, onions and a little cashew. Serve with lime wedges.
