- 2 slices of peeled ginger
- 2 cloves of garlic, chop
- 3 small red chili peppers, remove seeds and coarsely chop
- 2 shallots, chopped
- 3 tbsp. l fish sauce
- 2 tbsp. l light brown sugar
- 4 tbsp. l peanut or vegetable oil

Recipe preparation:
- Put the pork in the freezer for 10 minutes, in order to it was easy to chop. Pour boiling water over the noodles and leave for 10 minutes, until soft, drain the water. Cut the noodles with scissors for short pieces. Remove the pork from the freezer and cut into strips.
- Mix cilantro, zest and juice in a food processor or blender lime, ginger, garlic, chili peppers, shallots, fish sauce, brown sugar and 1 tbsp. l water. Grind all the ingredients in pasta.
- Heat 3 tbsp in a large pan. l oils. Add half vegetable paste and fry, stirring constantly for 1 min. Add pork and continue to fry, stirring constantly, for 2 – 3 minutes. Shift pork on the dish.
