Thai style grilled sweet pepper

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 2 yellow bell peppers
  • 2 chinese eggplant
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp. l coriander seed
  • 2 tsp fish sauce
  • 1/4 Art. fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbsp. l olive oil

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the grill to medium temperature. Cut the peppers and eggplant lengthwise into 4 parts and fold in a large bowl. In a mortar put the garlic and coriander and mash with a pestle until you get a paste with pieces. Put the pasta in a bowl of vegetables. Add mix the remaining ingredients. Put on a hot grill and fry for about 5-7 minutes. from each side.
