- Boil rice until cooked. My cucumbers, cut into circles 3 cm thick. Using a spoon, take out the flesh of the cucumber, the walls should stay 0.5 centimeter thick.
- Cut the meat into strips. My chilli and finely chopped onion peel and cut into half rings.
- Heat the frying pan on the stove and fry the meat in it until semi-preparedness.
- Add onion and chili to the meat, bring to readiness. After add chopped mint, cilantro and rice. Cooking about 3 more minutes.
- Serve our salad with soy sauce, lime juice and brown sugar. Cool slightly and put in cucumber cups, decorating with cilantro.
