  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1 peeled and sliced into thin circles of seedless cucumber
  • 2 tbsp. l rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp ultrafine sugar
  • 1 tsp shallow sea salt
  • 1 lime juice
  • 1 bunch finely chopped green onions (white parts)
  • 1/4 Art. fresh mint leaves
  • 1 peeled and finely chopped chilli fresno

Recipe preparation:
