Thai pork barbecue “Satay”

Satay is a dish of Indonesian and Malaysian cuisine. Represents miniature version of Thai kebab made almost from any kinds of meat, poultry, offal, seafood and many others products. This version of Satay is prepared from pork with the addition of various sauces and seasonings that will make the taste and aroma of the dish богаче и изысканней. Photo Thai pork skewers Time: 3 час. 32 minutes Difficulty: easy Servings: 4-6 Recipes use measured containers volume: 1 cup (st.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cups (st.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (Art.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

Marinade

  • 1.5 tbsp. coconut milk
  • 1/4 Art. peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp. l lime juice
  • 1/4 Art. soy sauce
  • 4 chopped garlic cloves
  • 2 peeled and finely chopped peppers Chile
  • 2 tbsp. l cilantro
  • 700 gr. diced pork tenderloin cm
  • Wooden skewers

Sauce

  • 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tbsp. chopped onion
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 finely chopped chilli
  • 1/4 Art. soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. l lime juice
  • 1.5 tbsp. coconut milk
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp. peanut butter with crushed nuts
  • 1 tbsp. l finely chopped cilantro

Recipe preparation:

  1. Prepare the marinade:

    Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl, add pork and leave to marinate for 2-4 hours.

  2. Make the sauce:

    Heat oil in a pan and add onions, garlic and chili. Pass for about 4 minutes. Mix with soy sauce, lime juice, coconut milk, coriander and cumin. Intervene carefully peanut butter in the mixture. On low heat, stirring constantly, bring the sauce to a boil. Add cilantro and remove from heat.

  3. Preheat the grill.

    Remove the pork from the marinade and string on skewers. Cook on grill for 7-8 minutes until cooked. Serve with the sauce.
