- Chop the garlic finely. In a wok or deep pan / stewpan heat oil and fry chopped garlic, literally half a minute.
- Add chopped mushrooms not very finely, add in a minute rice, mix well. Cook another 2 minutes, stirring occasionally constantly.
- Cut the onions into thin feathers.
- Add onion, fish and soy sauces, chopped tomato to rice (pre-peel it from the skin and seeds).
- Cook for another 2 minutes, stir. Arrange on plates. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro or any other greens. Decorate lemon slices. Enjoy your meal!
