  1. Cut carrots and onions into strips.
  2. Heat the pan, pour oil, put onions, carrots and fry for 3 minutes.
  3. Then pour in soy sauce and simmer for 2 minutes.
  4. Ginger grate.
  5. Cut the chicken into thin slices, transfer to a pan, add ginger, simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  6. A couple of minutes before being ready, pour bean sprouts into the pan and simmer another 5 minutes.
