- 450 gr minced beef
- 400 gr. unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 stalk of lemongrass, thinly sliced or 3 to 4 slices peeled ginger
- 1 tbsp. jasmine rice
- 1/4 Art. soy sauce
- 2 lime juice
- 1 tbsp. l Sahara
- 2 diced cucumbers
- 1 tbsp. coarsely chopped basil
- 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 3 cloves, minced garlic

Recipe preparation:
- In a medium saucepan, bring coconut milk to a boil, 3/4 Art. water and lemongrass or ginger. Add rice and continue boil. Stir, then cover and reduce heat to minimum. Cook coconut rice over low heat until the liquid will not evaporate, and the rice will become tender, about 15 minutes. Take off fire and let stand, covering for 10 minutes. Loosen with a fork.
- In a small bowl, mix 1/4 tbsp. soy sauce, lime juice and sugar. In a medium bowl, mix cucumbers with 1 tbsp. l basil and 1 hour l soy sauce.
- Heat 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil in a medium pan on high temperature. Add the beef and cook before frying about 5 minutes Transfer to a bowl.
- Reduce heat to moderately high temperature. Add 1 Art. l cooking oil in a pan. Add red pepper and fry, stirring occasionally, until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and fry until golden brown for 2 minutes. Increase heat until strong and put the beef and its juice in a pan. Stir in a mixture of soy sauce and simmer until the liquid will not evaporate, about 2 minutes. Add the remaining basil and cook, stirring, about 1 min. Serve Beef and Cucumber salad on a rice pad.
