Thai BBQ Chicken – A Detailed recipe cooking. Thai Chicken BBQ Chicken Time: 20 мин. Ingredients for the recipe:

BBQ Chicken

  • 1/2 chilled chicken not frozen (cut into quarters)
  • 10 minced cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp. l black pepper peas
  • 1 tbsp. l coriander
  • 1 peeled and chopped small stalk lemongrass
  • 2 red or green thai chili peppers
  • 2 tbsp. l fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp. l yellow curry powder
  • 1/2 can of coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp. l brown sugar

Dip sauce

  • 1/2 tbsp. rice vinegar
  • 1/3 Art. brown sugar
  • 2 large chopped cloves of garlic or 4 small
  • 2 tsp Thai Red Chili Sauce Or Sauce Sriracha
  • 1 tbsp. l fish sauce

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the grill to medium temperature. In a mortar and pestle mash the chives, black pepper, coriander, lemongrass and thai chili pepper in pasta with slices. Shift a large spoon paste in a large bowl. Add the chicken and the remaining ingredients, mix well. Cover and refrigerate at least for 2 hours or overnight.
  2. Place the chicken on the grill with the skin down and brush on the marinade. Grill for 15 minutes, then flip the chicken and grease the marinade. Sauté the other side for 15 minutes. Throw the marinade. When the chicken is ready and soft, transfer it to a serving dish and serve with warm dip sauce. Deep sauce: put all the ingredients in a pan and put on the grill. While stirring, bring to a boil. Move pan into the colder part of the grill and cook the sauce with a weak boiling for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. The sauce will be respected and thickens. Serve warm with chicken.
