Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 450 gr diced 4 cm. skinless salmon filet
  • 300 gr sliced mushrooms
  • 1 inflorescence broccoli head (boil for 2 minutes. and cool in ice water)
  • 1/4 Art. teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp. l finely chopped fresh ginger
  • 1 chopped clove of garlic
  • 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp. l sesame seeds

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a glass baking dish, mix teriyaki sauce, sesame oil, ginger and garlic. Put the salmon cubes and mix. Leave on for 10 minutes. In a large pan or wok heat oil until it begins to smoke.
  2. Add mushrooms and mix to quickly fry them. Add fish and continue stirring and frying for another minute. Put the prepared broccoli and mix. Pour the rest from salmon marinade and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve immediately with rice.
