  • 1 tbsp. l canola oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3.5 tbsp. water
  • 2 bunches of green onions (cut ends)

Recipe preparation:

  1. Pour soy sauce into a large, thick plastic bag put sugar, garlic and grated ginger. Stir until sugar will not dissolve. Put the chicken thighs in the marinade bag. Tie and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or night.
  2. Preheat the grill or pan to moderate temperature. Get the chicken out of the marinade. Pour the marinade into pan and put on medium heat. Half boil.
