We offer you a recipe for deliciously delicious ravioli at home with a very tender filling of salmon and cream. Instead of salmon, you can make ravioli with any red fish. Serve such ravioli very good with light vegetable salad and white wine.

  1. Break eggs into a small bowl. Add half a teaspoon salt. Beat lightly with a fork.
  2. Sift flour into a deep bowl. Pour in the eggs. Add 1 a tablespoon of vegetable oil. Knead elastic dough.
  3. Cover the bowl with the dough with a lid or cling film and place in the refrigerator for half an hour.
  4. Cut the salmon into small cubes and fry in a pan until readiness. Pour 120 ml of cream.
  5. Squeeze the garlic through a press and add to the fish.
  6. Finely chop the dill and add to the fish pan. Good mix. Remove from heat.
  7. Divide the dough in half and roll out two thin layers. On one layer lay out the filling at the same distance from each other. Cover with a second layer. Glue the dough between the filling. Cut into squares with a curly knife.
  8. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Put ravioli. Add the remaining cream. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook 10 minutes on low heat.
