If you have never tried to cook at home a delicious, tender chicken breast with stear fry using the stear fry technique then I recommend that you do this (provided that you have deep round frying pan or wok). The vegetables are incredible delicious.

  1. We will prepare the necessary ingredients.
  2. Chicken breasts, rinse, dry (you can use paper towel), beat the fillet to a thickness of about 2 cm.
  3. Wrap the fillet in the sheets of frying “Maggie”, well press with your hand so that the spices soak into the chicken.
  4. Cooking our breasts in a dry skillet over low heat. Cooking about 7 minutes on each side.
  5. Put the finished fillet on a plate and cover with a lid to not cool. Or you can leave it in a pan, but the fire should be off.
  6. Peel the ginger, cut into strips. Peel carrots and onions, onions cut into half rings, and carrots into strips. Cut fresh beans into 2 parts. Cut the pepper into strips.
  7. We take the wok and set it on the stove, heat it over high heat with the addition of oil.
  8. Fry ginger for half a minute, add onion, fry.
  9. After half a minute we add pepper, also fry. Then add beans with carrots and a minute later – hot pepper (pre-chopped).
  10. To vegetables add soy sauce, sugar, salt to taste. Fry yet a few minutes.
  11. On the plate, lay out the prepared breast and stir-fry vegetables. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
