  1. Soak the beans for a couple of hours in cold water.
  2. Peppers chopped coarsely. Tazhin

  4. Heat oil and fry meat.
  5. We take out the meat, add peas and half peppers to it. Tazhin
  6. Pour the prepared wine with saffron.
  7. Fry the garlic and shallots in a separate pan.
  8. Add lamb, the rest of the pepper, onion and garlic, curry, salt. Lay thyme branches on top.
  9. We put the lamb in the oven and cook the meat for about 2.5 hours (on 180 degrees).
