Sometimes there’s absolutely no time to roll and chop the noodles for the soup. Then such a delicious soup comes to the rescue: it tastes just like homemade noodles, but it cooks at times easier. Traditionally, umach, like Tatar noodles, tokmach is cooked on saturated meat broth, without potatoes. Required try this soup and appreciate its simplicity and taste.

  1. Boil the finished broth with chopped meat.
  2. Peel and chop a small onion, add it to bouillon.
  3. Cooking Umach: break the egg and beat it well with a pinch of salt. Pour flour into a separate bowl. Dipping palms into an egg, then into flour and rubbing our palms, we get noodle baby – umach. Make the umach until the egg runs out.
  4. In the boiling broth we throw the umach, give a minute to boil, remove from fire.
  5. Serve with green onions, skewers and black pepper. Enjoy your meal!
