Low calorie meat soup
Ingredients:
- 1 chicken breast (can be replaced with turkey, rabbit or lean beef);
- 1 onion;
- 3 cloves of garlic;
- 250 g of white cabbage;
- 1 can of canned beans;
- 1 zucchini;
- 1 carrot;
- greenery;
- salt, black pepper.
Cooking:
- From the meat, chopped onions and chopped garlic, we cook the broth within 30-40 minutes.
- We take out the meat from the finished broth and cut it into small pieces. The broth is passed through a strainer. We return the broth to fire, slightly add salt and put meat in it.
- After boiling add finely chopped cabbage, beans, diced zucchini and chopped carrots.
- After 20 minutes, sprinkle ground pepper and turn off the finished soup. Before serving, dress the dish with fresh herbs.
One serving of such a delicious soup contains only 110 kcal.
