Appetizing, spicy, tasty carrot snack, recipe which originated in Central Asia. When cooking this at home dishes used vinegar essence (not table vinegar). - Grate peeled carrots on a special grater, or cut with a sharp knife into a thin straw. Add salt, mix, set aside for half an hour.
