  1. Wash the cucumbers, cut off the ends, cut into a cube.
  2. Wash greens, dry with paper towels, chop.
  3. Hard-boiled eggs, cool in cold water, clean, rub through a fine grater.
  4. Mash the fish with a fork along with the juice.
  5. In a bowl, mix chopped cucumbers, greens, eggs, fish, add salt, pepper, mix thoroughly.
  6. Fill the tartlets with the resulting filling. Serve on a platter, garnished with greens if desired.
