  1. Greek yogurt (can be replaced with creamy or curd cheese) mix with pesto sauce. Cut the tomatoes into several parts, remove the seeds and cut into cubes.

  2. Salted or smoked red fish (salmon, salmon, trout or pink salmon) cut into small thin slices. To finished tartlets from filo dough (can be replaced with sand dough) spread to the bottom a small amount of tomatoes, add yogurt with pesto sauce, nicely place the red fish on top and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
