  1. Boil and clean the eggs. Grind them with a sharp a knife.

  2. Finely chop the greens.

  3. Remove the cod liver from the jar and mash with the eggs and greens by adding a little mayonnaise.

  4. Put the mixture in tartlets.

  5. Garnish with peas, as shown in the photo.
