Ingredients for the recipe:

Stage 1:

  • 16 peeled and cut giant shrimp
  • 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. l finely chopped garlic
  • 2 tsp finely chopped ginger

Stage 2:

  • 1/2 tbsp. natural yogurt
  • 1/4 Art. fat cream
  • 1/4 Art. finely chopped red onions
  • 1 tbsp. l crushed garlic
  • 1 tsp finely chopped ginger
  • 1 tbsp. l lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 tsp anchovy chili seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp mixtures of garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper
  • 4 metal or wooden skewers (previously soaked)

Recipe preparation:

  1. Combine lemon juice, garlic and ginger. Put the shrimp in shallow baking dish and fill with marinade. Leave on 15 min Drain the marinade and dry the shrimp.
  2. Mix all the ingredients. Put the shrimp back in shape and pour the marinade. Cover with cling film and place in refrigerator for 1 hour. String 4 shrimps on a skewer and fry on grill for 3-4 minutes. from each side.
