Stage 2:
- 1/2 tbsp. natural yogurt
- 1/4 Art. fat cream
- 1/4 Art. finely chopped red onions
- 1 tbsp. l crushed garlic
- 1 tsp finely chopped ginger
- 1 tbsp. l lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 tsp anchovy chili seasoning
- 1/2 tsp mixtures of garam masala
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 4 metal or wooden skewers (previously soaked)
