1. Wash the meat, dry, transfer to a bowl, add two tablespoons of sunflower oil, a mixture of spices, salt, pepper taste, mix and leave aside for 3-5 minutes.

2. While the meat is pickled, wash the vegetables, peel the onions. Mushrooms cut into thin strips, finely chop the onion, wash the greens, peel the stalk and chop randomly.

3. Heat the pan with a medium heat, pour oil, warm put it onion and fry it for 3 minutes, stirring, then add mushrooms and continue to fry for another 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. In the end add salt and cream to taste, mix and warm up 2 minutes.

4. Pour oil into a second pan, heated over high heat, warm it, lay the chicken and fry it for 2 minutes with each side. Then turn down the heat and bring to readiness, periodically turning over for 6-8 minutes.

5. While the meat is being fried, pour 1 liter of water into the pan, put on medium heat, bring to a boil and salt. Put the paste gently separate with a fork, mix and cook as much how much is indicated on the box (I have 3-4 minutes) periodically stirring. After that, discard the finished paste in a colander, sprinkle olive or sunflower oil and mix.

6. Transfer the paste to the sauce, mix. Put it on a plate chicken, pasta in sauce, decorate with herbs serve in the table. Enjoy your meal!
